Vietnamese Pork Chops


I love pork, especially the way Vietnamese do their chops.

Marinade:
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup fish sauce
1 stalk lemongrass
1 ½ tbls minced garlic
1 Thai chile
¼ teaspoon ground pepper.

Marinade and grill. Eat with rice noodles or rice. Basil, salad on the side.
